This blend actually works. I had a splitting headache the other night which is uncommon for me. I wanted to give my product a try so I put it on and within minutes my headache was gone. Totally. No lie. Plants are powerful stuff. 
 
You can diffuse this oil. You can add to a water base and make a spray. I used it neat on the back of my neck, but USE WITH CAUTION because it will burn the skin. Just try a few drops first on your wrist to test.
